Eastern Cape Education
A Better 2010 iro Catering&accomadation.

Dear Mr Education Spoke's Person:I write this open letter to you and i need a respones iro this topic. If a person(S) are employed @ head office, what is his/their response ability:To perform @ work since it's his workstation right.Since all other workers come to work and do their buisnes buy food bring lunch etc,why when so-called high profile meetings are being held on the premises staff shoud be fed?Any meeting for that matter people should not be fed or catered for unless you a guest.Office based and head office staff should bring or buy their own lunch, that's how it's suppose to work am i wrong? What you see is a joke cause head office staff stands in a que to be fed after a meeting was held in head office @ their workstations. This is a common practise, and once the new budget is available we gonna start all over again,ps by the way,why are we called head office if all strategic meetings are held in mpekweni. We have head office and Resource's centre for that, people that stay in e-l&kwt,bhisho,zwelitsha should travel since they have subsidy car's .

I agree completely with above comments. I have been to three interviews at Zwelitsha and each time I had breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Why the waste? Do these people realise that all that money wasting could have paid for a teacher's salary for that month. Its sad that these idiots who have been appointed who are supposed to have the teacher and learner's best interests at heart only think about themselves. In the schools in Mdantsane children have to be taught 45 or more in a class. Why? Why can't another teacher be appointed? EGD is a stressful course so is Maths which requires individual attention which can't be provided by the teacher as a period is only so long and with 45 it is fairly difficult. Yet they expect the best results, expecting these poor kids to perform at their best, expecting, expecting, expecting. We teachers are expected to teach in EGD AutoCAD yet we have not been trained. We do not even have computers, three in the whole school, but we are expected to teach. All the while the fact cats eat, eat, eat and eat. And that's not all because they spend too. Spend our money on private lavish trips all the while we have 60 children in a class. Spend our money while there are teachers who have been teaching for years and are still not yet permanent. Talk about exploitation.
Does anyone know whether like a heart a brain transplant can be done? If it can be done in the near future I would like to donate mine to a fat cat so the education system in the Eastern Cape-East London area can be run in a much better manner.
