There are some civil servants who continue to be a nemesis to development. The ECDoE's civil servants who continue to make intern's life a hellish experience before of the fear of the unknown have no place in the civil service. All of us are here to serve the public and not to have our arge or small egos being perpetually massaged by the interns. That will never happen, come what may!
