Contracts and PMDS
1.All managers from Chief Directors upward to be employed on contracts,please review when all of them were employed/placed or obtained promotion to that level.
2.Most of these managers are not performing and thus the education department cannot get rid of them cause they are permanent and not on contract.
3.The PMDS should be scrapped cause it's just a head-ache and a farse.It was never implemented in the right way from the beginning.While all other Departments and PMDS sections are functioning well ours is in dissary.We were never paid 10,15,and 18% as prescribed in the origanl PMDS handbook while all other departments did.It shows how your Mangers read and manage.The excuse is that we are a big department is not an excuse,if you manage right you will get results and if you take action people/staff will take you serious.
