Can all staff working in districts be granted e-mail and internet access. 
(This internet can be open only for a certain time during the day).

Certain districts are like working in the stone ages were people have computers but the technicians appointed are either not up to scratch or show no interest in either approching the staff and installing the programs. We all know you have to apply for this stuff but i think its just a waste of time applying since you appointed these systems should be opened up or set up for you,cause this is what happens in the private sector.

We live in morden times but we work like the stone ages.How do you get service delivery done if you cant even phone a number of your choice you need to write it in a book so stuff can be monitored.No wonder we lagging behind all other departments.
