TSHINTSHA MAKUPULA KUYONAKALA
I am sharing the same veiw with the writer of the article dated 14th of November 2011,who says all senior Mangers should be appointed on contract and they must closely monitored. They are getting fat salaries but in turn they are doing nothing to improve our Department some are more than (100) years in 1 station and there is nothing have improved.
Look at the way the report on finances of the Department no accountability no records/money for capped leaves/money for Strike 2007/payments to relatives then tomorrow the MEC/HEAD will be removed or fired for the poor performance of these managers.
They are treating us like slaves at the same time they are involved in making workers be so frustrated, at this time I was happy when the Head of the Department was visiting all Directorates to get the first hand infornation from the workers who work directly with these managers.I also make an appeal to MEC and the five aside team to visit us in our directorate Assessment and Examinations we are part of Head Office but some of the things are just happening as if we are a private entity please vist this corners. This office was last visited by late National Minister KADDER ASMAL.Things are happening and years are going by as if everything is ok.
Our CHIEF DIRECTOR has held many meetings and expressed that staff should be treated equally as we all spent most of the time at work peeople are really frustrated and they are made to be frustrated no staff meetings but things are done in corners and chanelled in corners please save us.
