When can one register for ABET classes and what programmes/levels are offered by ABET?

From January to February of each year and there are Four ABET Levels
Level 1 = Grade 3
Level 2 = Grade 5
Level 3 = Grade 7
Level 4 = Grade 9 or NQF level 1
