ALuta continua.....! How much is enough? how long must this province be Head lines for all the bad reasons. Are'nt we are ashamed of spoiling great names that were produced by this Province. Dig Dig deep enough is enough, as for Inclusive education Director (Shame ) she has done nothing in that directorate since her appointment - soon all of them will answer, when confronted by products of their deeds. Aluta continua.....!

Dont' leave behind Corrupt officials in the Head Office directorates that registered their cars on a scheme and travel willy nilly from one end of the Province to the other claiming exorbitant fraudulent amounts from the department, further more boasts of projects they start and finish using the departmental claims.Directors do not even ask but just append their signatures. Please probe further in IMD&G

Let me congratulate Prof for the job well done, this is long overdue. The focus now should be on the districts, there are many bad "real bad" things happening there. We are tired of such things, continue Prof you have my support.

Other millions of rands are stolen indirectly by people coming in and sign the register and gone for the rest of the day, unfortunately those are some of the untouchables

Its long overdue Prof. We r having officials that get paid twice e.g. tendering for the department and getting their salary. There are company's out there who don't get business from our department because of these greedy officials. Come to District offices and you will be suprized. Before u leave us pls COME TO DISTRICT OFFICES.

Well done Prof. I'll be very happy if you can also consider the districts esp. Grahamstown because there is a lot of malpractise there esp. on PMDS

The Eastern Cape Department of Education is indeed "rotten to core". We want to thank SADTU leadership and members for allowing you to do your job. Let us be carefull so that we do not find our selves being used by the "Top Guns" to chase people away meanwhile they are the ones who are going to benefit from such actions. Well done Prof. and we want to hear some more names being taken out of the education system because they are doing us no good. Let us rather have 5 people who are willing to do a good job, than 50 people who here to corrupt this department.

I wish to commend Professor Nengwekulu for the job well done however I would like to invite to do more not forgetting district offices. Special attention to be paid on the following areas:
Appointments including interns and bribes thereof, Claims i.r.o subsidized and privately owned vehicles, departmental equipment kept in private, Laptops and 3G cards being used by family members instead of department, Loss of laptops, tenders, double payments deliberately made to suppliers etc in particular at Grahamstown District Office

If the decision by Prof. is anything to go by then we welcome that, but i think they musn't just focus only at Head office, if they can specially came to GRAHAMSTOWN DISTRICT then I'll be much much happier coz these things are also happening here

Well done Prof, that is what we have wanted you to do, we are awaiting more of these suspensions. The department is in shambles and senior managers are owning Private schools/colleges. Tenders go to their immediate relatives

Who is the last accused person? Coz D/Dispatch says its more than what you are giving us. Otherwise, its about time that we know about these things even before they can go to the media. Thank you...

If it is for the good cause, we welcome the decision of the SG

What has the dept become? If serious intervention is not applied by National then we gonna have a problem. Some staff might be guilty others not, etc. Situations like these happen when no consulting takes place and ego's are a factor.Certain sections are known for corrupt practices, has any measures been put in place to rectify it? Reading the front page of the D/Dispatch today not only embarrass a person who is associated or under the employment from the Dept. If greed, hunger for power is such an important role to certain people we are in for a Tsunami of the worst kind.
