In partnership with Anglo American and other major donor parastatals, the Eastern Cape Education Department will once again host the 2010 regional Young Communicator Awards in Bhisho Legislature on 24 July 2010.
The Young Communicator Awards is a public speaking programme that is aimed to encourage all English second language speaking Grade 11 and 12 learners to not only take part, but to promote their self development, to boost their communication skills and perhaps even more important, to develop their leadership skills as they are the future of our country.
It is with great pleasure that the EC Department of Education henceforth invites all our education stakeholders as well as the MEDIA to take an added step in support of all provincial entrants of this national-building initiative.
