That is true. That is why so many parents, especially those who are affording to do so are taking their children to the schools in the Western Cape where technology in education is no longer a dream but a reality. True, they have no facilitators for this initiative. They must ask the Western Cape Education Department officials about the importance of having e-learning facilitators and e-curriculum advisors. Now all the educators in the Western Cape are confiedent in using the modern technology in curriculum delivery.

This is just another lip service. What happen to laptop initiative? 1 or no e-learning facilitator in a district. No computer repairs in schools. What's wrong with East Cape Education?
