i cannot download exam results it keeps on giving me a message that there are matric results available. Could you please urgently assist. Thanks

Ok so my exam number consists of a total of 13 digits, not 8? I've entered the last 8 digits, the first 8 digits, the whole thing, and yet I still get the "Sorry but there are no matric results available for examination number ********" message. Help...?
