Breidbach high school in King William’s Town, recently hosted this unit’s team as learners in this school have necessitated this through displaying strange behaviors associated with drugs usage. Last Friday, the 3rd of March 2012 saw the launch of a campaign headed by Cecilia Osei-Adagwa aimed at curbing drug abuse in the school.

MT Frere Education District to conduct a two-day workshop
The poor performance of the Mount Frere Education District this and in the previous years has prompted the Education department and its stakeholders including the Congress of National Traditional Leaders of South Africa (CONTRALESA), Umzimvubu Local Municipality, KwaBhaca Community Development Support Trust to hold a two day summit aimed at finding ways of rescuing the district.
