MEC Qwase to visit two of PE’s northern area schools
As part of the visit in this district on the same day, MEC Qwase will be visiting the Booysen Park Secondary School, whose 11 out of 40 classrooms were considerably affected by fire recently, will be undergoing restoration. The reconstruction is anticipated to commence as of 1 November 2010.

While the Eastern Cape Department of Education’s financial status remains on the negative, Acting Superintendent General, Professor Harry Nengwekhulu projects three more years as necessary to turnaround productivity and efficient use of the department’s resources.
