Purpose: To render physical resource management and maintenance services

Functions:

• The Implementation of provisioning of physical resources and land
• The ensuring of economic and effective provisioning and maintenance of all physical facilities and land
• The rendering of administrative support with regards to physical facility services and facilities management at head and district offices
• The maintenance of electronic facilities management system (EFMS) for all education physical facilities
• To ensure the building of schools and other physical facilities and maintenance thereof
• To liaise with public works for the acquiring and disposal of physical facilities
• Oversee the deliverable of any approved facilities and infrastructure contract
