POPIA Notice

This notice describes how the Eastern Cape Department of Education ("the Department", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013).

Information Officer

The Head of Department for the Eastern Cape Department of Education is the designated Information Officer in terms of POPIA.

Purpose
